I'm still confused if the "ring burst" will cost around 20 rings, and let you use the ability for a certain amount of time.
Or If it will have "supersonic sytle" ring drain.
I forgot if @BlueBlur confirmed anything about the ring cost/drain.

He said you can use Ring Burst whenever, even at zero rings for a little mini Ring Burst, but that it was RECOMMENDED to use it at 20 rings or more.
You can probably just use it for as long as you want as long as you have rings to back it up.
