Added a TEXTURES loading crash fix to the SUGOI EXE. This bug appeared randomly depending on file packaging order in the PK3. Notably, this fixes Fudge Canyon and Cosmic Valley not loading in v1.0.

I mostly just removed score emblems, since the main campaign has stopped using them in general. The exceptions are if the author themselves gave me an update that had a new score emblem (or otherwise told me to keep it), or if it's a boss and it's just Guard Bonus.

I've learned since the last time this bug has been reported that it's because HUDITEM_LIST is desynced in the Android port, so this issue is on whoever maintains the Android port, not me.
