He said you can use Ring Burst whenever, even at zero rings for a little mini Ring Burst, but that it was RECOMMENDED to use it at 20 rings or more. You can probably just use it for as long as you want as long as you have rings to back it up.

I believe at most he'll be released by April. I don't think he'll be released this month, but I'm willing to bet on March; or at MOST, April.

Definitely not as OP as SMS. Not as fast and has way less things going on movement wise. Plus, in terms of speed, it looks like X Sonic has a set speed when it comes to things. Zip Dash doesn't go faster as you keep running, and Ring Burst seems to have a speed cap too, in order to keep it...

I wonder how X Sonic's skydiving will work. I remember Blur saying it was all visual, but at the same time, we see him falling flat on his face in the trailer. I wonder if that always happens if he's falling for a while, or if that was like some kind of indirect taunt by holding a button.
