Sonic X (X-Sonic) Progress

Since sonic didn't use the real emeralds at all in Sonic X to turn into dark sonic, maybe he'll have something similar to RushChar's sol emeralds where if you collect all the fake chaos emeralds, you can turn into dark sonic.

But that's just a theory. :knuxsmug:

Anyways back to topic, i hope that to unlock x dark sonic you dont have to beat mindscape, because silverhorn doesnt work on my phone

I feel like X-Shadow would be more focused on combat while X-Sonic is more focused on being as fast as possible, so it depends. For battle? Probably X-Shadow even if we don't know his moveset yet- but for races? X-Sonic

I agree, I wouldn't even be surprised if X Shadow's kit/moveset was combat based. But I sure will be hyped for X Shadows trailer though.

I really didnt think about mindscape being able to unlock Dark Sonic. I'd like to imagine that when you enter the mindscape it wont be Inazuma's but Sonic's instead and something involving that will help unlock Dark Sonic. Imagine having to fight the Metarex or something. With the 1st phase you fight him regularly but lets say Tails, Knuckles, or Amy jumps in and tries to help but gets hurt. Sonic gets all pissed and Turns into Dark Sonic. THEN when you have al 7 chaos emeralds thats when you go Dark Super Sonic. Idk Im just bored and I rather brainstorm on what could be :dramahog:

This thread is for discussing development of the Sonic X mod. It is not a chat room or a hangout spot for you to discuss whatever you feel like when you're bored. It is not the place to discuss other mods either if it doesn't have to do with Sonic X.

I know this is the first time using a forum for some of you, but it is very different than a Discord server or other social media: you should only send a message if it's relevant to the topic. Derailing the thread or bloating it with meaningless posts makes it harder for other people to follow and is incredibly disrespectful to the creator whose mod you're supposedly looking so forward to.

Locking the thread would be extremely unfair to BlueBlur, but warning people is just not expedient to us anymore; therefore, anyone caught misusing the thread going forward will be blocked from posting on it without warning.

anyways...
i wonder how fast he could beat the boss of Egg Castle, it's one of the most painstakingly boring bosses in the whole game for me, it probably won't do much, but i expect for X Sonic to makes things easier/faster
 
The speedrunning capabilities are gonna be insane with X Sonic. I want to say more but I really dont want to be blocked from this message board so Im gonna say Blue Blur keep up the good work. Just watching the Trailer gave me goosebumps. Can't wait to see this finished! :wonderful:

By the looks of things it seems like the combat for x sonic has a pretty large hitbox, judging by how all those spikes were destroyed in the trailer. So if you were able to get close enough to eggman's cage defence and used your combat, you'd be able to beat him without jumping on a single button.
