Invalid Linedef Type 606 can light up the whole map.

I'm a beginner at mapping. Finally I learned how to tag sectors (It wasn't easy.) but however...

Yeah. IT FILLED UP THE WHOLE MAP. At least I know how to make water now :P
EDIT:Oh and it isn't water.

I doubt that's a bug in the game. You probably made an error in your tag numbers. You're supposed to tag colormaps to the FOF control sector, not the target sector.
 
I think I understand your problem. Linedef Type 606 is not water. It's a colormap. It assigns a color value to any sector you put it in. It's supposed to floodfill that sector. Which means it's much better to use it in FOFs.

Please look at the SRB2 wiki. I think you need to know way more about editing levels.
