SA2 Mod Loader Error "failed to initialize configuration system"

Yesterday it was working fine, but now when I open the mod loader it shows this message, if I press continue the loader opens normally, except, there's no mods (even if they are still in the mods folder), there's no code list. The same error appears when I close the loader. I can still play the game normally but when I do it asks me to install the loader as if I hadn´t instaled it, and when I try to install it it says "it can't create a file that already exists".
