First of all, say what you did to try to make the models work.

After I download the latest update(I had an older version, so I assumed that was the problem), I deleted the older version, then put the newer version in the game's folder. Then I turned the model option on, that didn't work, so I went into the game console and turned it on from there, still didn't work.

Did you put the models in the models folder, and copy the text from the download file, and past it into your SRB2's models.dat file?

Why is the download file in there? You only need to put in the VDLC which has everything.
